Purpose And Why

There is no facility catered towards the 20,000+ Muslims in the Georges River Council. An Islamic Centre of this scale will cater to the various social, spiritual, and physical needs of the community. The Centre will reduce the need to travel outside the area for an enriching Islamic experience, and be a home away from home for the Muslim youth that seek to foster a confident Islamic identity. The centre will also offer free programs and family-friendly services to cater to all ages.
